777 Lottos is a lottery syndicate organizer, providing a software platform that manages and administers syndications on behalf of its members. We do not promote or operate a lottery.
Our service is a syndication membership and is not classified as a gambling product, therefore it does not require a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. We are also not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, as participation in a syndicate does not constitute a collective investment scheme.
This Website is operated by Amalfi Web Management Ltd (registration no.: 12780113) operating from 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
777 Lottos and its associated brands are an independent ticket-purchasing service. We are not associated with, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Gambling Commission, Camelot, Allwyn, or any other official lottery operator.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Website and our Services. Please read both carefully before you register.
By registering for, or using, our Services or a Player Account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our Services.

We run a lottery syndication service. Syndication lets Members play the lottery we offer as a group, sharing the cost of buying several tickets and splitting any prize won, as set out in these Terms. Our Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
The lottery we offer is Euro Millionaire – Members choose five main numbers from 1–50 plus two Lucky Star numbers from 1–12. Draws are held every Tuesday and Friday at around 7:45 pm GMT.
Draw days, times, and rules are set by the official Lottery Operators and may change; the Operator's own website is the authoritative source. We use a statistical number-selection algorithm to choose the numbers played by each Syndicate, aimed at improving Members' chances of a win.
By default, our algorithm selects the numbers for each Syndicate's tickets. Members can instead choose their own numbers when they join; these will be entered into at least one draw per month. All winnings are handled under the further provisions of these Terms.
We offer three Syndicate packages for the Euro Millionaire Members:
Whichever package a Syndicate a Member is allocated to, the odds of that Syndicate winning are the same as the odds published by the official Lottery Operator for that game.
By registering, each Member confirms that:
• they have read and understood these Terms;
• they are 18 or over (under-age gambling is an offence);
• the funds they deposit are not derived from crime or any unauthorised or illicit source;
• they will pay any tax due on their winnings;
• they do not appear on any relevant exclusion list;
• all information they give us, at registration or afterwards, is complete, accurate, and not stolen or misused;
• they are not a director, officer, employee (or their spouse or dependant), affiliate, contractor, or service provider whom we have disqualified from taking part;
• they have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
• they hold only one Member account with us.
Registration is required to use our Services, and we may decline any application at our discretion.
During registration, purchase, or pay-out, we may ask a Member to provide their name, residential address, gender, date of birth, email address, telephone number, and payment details, along with anything else needed to provide the Services.
We may also request KYC documents to confirm the information supplied. KYC documents are stored on our encrypted, access-controlled Azure blob storage.
We are not responsible for a failed pay-out caused by a Member's failure to provide requested data, or by data that is missing, incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. We are under no obligation to verify data provided to us; Members must keep their information accurate and up to date.
Members must tell us immediately if a bank card or other payment method registered with us is lost, suspended, or stolen. We may ask a Member to prove they are authorised to use any payment instrument linked to their account.
Members provide an email address and password at registration and can manage their data at any time through their account. Members may not hold more than one account per Lottery Offering; if we find duplicate accounts, or the same payment details used across multiple accounts, we may close them without notice, and may report suspicious accounts or transactions to the relevant authorities.
Members must keep their account credentials secure and are responsible for all activity on their account. Playing history is available under the Member's account profile.
You cancelling. Cancellation must be arranged through your bank or card provider; we are not liable for an account you fail to cancel correctly. Give us at least 24 hours' notice before your next Fee payment date if you wish to cancel.
Cooling-off period. Members may cancel without obligation within the first 14 days after signing up, by written notice to our customer service by email. Any Direct Debit collection taken in that period will be refunded. Winnings from free promotional tickets are not paid out, as those tickets only benefit paying Members.
After the cooling-off period. Members must give at least 30 days' notice by email before their next debit date. Cancelling during a 4-week play period within a 3-month play cycle forfeits any winnings accrued in that cycle. Without timely notice, membership rolls into the next month's Syndicate and the Fee will be deducted as usual; cancellation only takes effect at the end of that rollover.
Us cancelling. We may cancel a membership if a Member fails to pay a Fee on time, seriously breaches these Terms, fails to meet our membership qualifications, fails to provide requested KYC documents, or if we withdraw or substantially change the Website.
Membership is open only to people aged 18 or over. If we discover a Member is under 18, we may cancel their membership immediately. We will not refund that Syndicate's Fee or loaded credits, due to administrative and ticket costs already incurred, and no prize money will be paid for that Draw.
Direct Debit. Fees are collected monthly on one of the following dates: the 1st, 2nd, 15th, 16th, 25th, or 26th. Your first Draw is the nearest one after your first collection. The Fee covers the tickets we buy on your behalf and our administrative costs for the Syndicate.
If a Member's Syndicate wins no prize money in that Syndicate's first monthly draws, we will refund that month's Fee into the Member's account, provided the Member has taken any steps we set out for claiming the refund. This guarantee applies once per Member, per Syndicate, per calendar month of play.
After each Draw, we receive any prize money won on the lines played by a Syndicate, in our own name, and calculate each Member's share by dividing the total prize money by the number of Members in that Syndicate. Calculations are always based on the prize amount published by the relevant Lottery Operator(s); we can only pay prize money actually awarded for a Jackpot draw of the lottery we offer.
Each Member's share is paid into their winnings wallet, held in their Member account, subject always to us first receiving the prize money from the Lottery Operator. We will contact a Member by phone if their prize or share exceeds €100,000. Withdrawals are subject to the further terms below. We are not responsible for a failed payment caused by incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date payment information supplied by the Member.
The minimum pay-out is €23; smaller amounts carry over to the next month until €23 is reached, and require at least one Fee payment to have been made. Once a Member has €23 or more available, they can request a withdrawal from their account under Cash Withdrawal. Successful requests are paid to the Member's bank account within 2–3 working days. We require KYC documents before paying out any withdrawal of €20,000 or more.
Lottery winnings are tax-free in many countries, but each Member is responsible for any tax, duty, or levy due on their winnings. If we are required to pay tax, duty, or a levy directly to a regulator on a Member's winnings, we may deduct that amount from the Member's account, or recover it from the Member, before paying out.
10 Free Lines. Available once per Member, after their first Syndicate purchase, and entered into the first draw they're eligible for. Members can view their free lines under My Syndications. Any winnings from free lines are paid into the Member's account wallet.
By taking part in a promotion, you agree that we may process your personal data for that promotion and may contact you about it. We may vary, suspend, or end any promotion at any time and without notice; you won't have a claim against us for doing so. Taking part in a promotion means you accept these Terms.
Our obligation to pay a Member's prize money depends on us receiving the corresponding amount from the relevant Lottery Operator; if we do not receive it, through no fault of our own, we have no obligation to pay it out.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of chance, loss of profit, or special loss suffered by a Member. Nor are we liable where we have correctly recorded a Member's chosen numbers but (other than through our own negligence) a ticket or entry is lost, damaged, or delayed - including through postal, equipment, technical, systems, network, or software failure of any kind.
Where we are liable to a Member, our total liability in any year is capped at ten times that year's average monthly Fee. This cap does not apply to liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
Direct Debit payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, offered by all banks and building societies in the Direct Debit scheme. If payment amounts or dates change, we will notify you at least 10 working days before your account is debited (or as otherwise agreed). If an error is made by us or your bank, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch. This does not remove your obligation to pay your Fee, and we may require an alternative payment method if a Direct Debit payment is refunded under the Guarantee. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time directly with your bank - please also let us know.
We treat an account as inactive after 12 months without a transaction, and will notify the Member when this happens.

We normally contact Members by email, but may also call using the details provided. Please tell us promptly if your email address or other contact details change.
We may update these Terms from time to time; changes take effect from your next visit or login, or on receipt of an email from us linking to the updated Terms. You're treated as aware of any changes from that point.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, and the Curaçao courts have exclusive jurisdiction. All transactions, including the payment of winnings, are treated as taking place in the region where the ticket was purchased. Where these Terms exist in more than one language, the English version prevails.
Online gambling may be illegal, or of uncertain legal status, in some jurisdictions. We cannot and do not give legal advice on whether using our Services is lawful where a Member is based, and we are not liable for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website.
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure or delay in enforcing any right is not a waiver of it, and any waiver by us is only valid if given in writing. These Terms do not confer any right on a third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. A Member may not transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms; any attempt to do so is ineffective.
We want gambling to stay fun for our Members, and we know it can sometimes cause harm to Members and the people around them. We operate a strict no-under-18s policy and verify the information Members give us.
If you're concerned about your gambling, these organisations can help: BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) and GamCare (gamcare.org.uk). You can also reach our customer support team by email or webchat.
