Terms and Conditions


  • Members are advised to read and familiarise themselves with these Terms and Conditions. The Members use of the Services are governed strictly according to these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms and Conditions are provided to each Member are made available on the 777Lottos website.
  • Use by a Member of the Services of 777Lottos will automatically be taken to mean that the Member agrees to what is contained in these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
  • If any Member does not agree to be bound by any of the Terms or Conditions contained herein, Members must not use our Website or Services.



In these Terms and Conditions, unless the contrary is specifically stated otherwise, the words and / or expressions set out below shall bare the following meanings:


Company, us, or we shall mean 777Lottos.

Draw shall mean the draws done or organsied by the Lottery Operator.

Fee shall mean the sum of money paid by the member to participate in a Syndicate.

Free lines offer shall mean a promotional offer given to new members, once off, in a respective Syndicate without charge.

Lottery Operator shall mean the Companies actually responsible for conducting the respective Lottery and in respect of which a Syndicate holds a Ticket.

Member shall mean a customer who has been accepted by the Company for membership to a Syndicate and whose membership has not been terminated or suspended, whether permanently or temporarily.

Pay-out shall mean any winnings received by the Syndicate.

Player’s Account shall mean the account created by the Member and saved on our system, where the Member’s details are held.

Prize shall mean the value of the pay-out paid by the Lottery Operators for the winning tickets.

Registration shall mean the process of registering to become a Member in order to utilise our Services.

Services shall mean the organisation by us of the Lottery Syndicate.

Syndicates shall mean a group of Member’s participating in Draws together as part of a group specifically identified by a unique identification number allocated by us to all the Syndicates and in respect of which Member’s pay an agreed contribution.

Winnings shall mean any monies paid out by the Lottery Operator.



777Lottos offers single or bundled ticket purchases or a syndication service. Syndication (limited to direct debit Members) enables our Members to play the lotteries we offer, together, by buying a number of tickets at a shared cost and splitting any prizes won and as further described in these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).  777Lottos and our Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.


How the games work


  • EuroMillions

EuroMillions is a European lottery, operated in a number of territories within Europe by co-promoters of the EuroMillions game.  The EuroMillions lottery shares a collective prize fund and has a common draw on a Friday at around 7pm, GMT.  Members choose or use our Optimised Statistical Number Algorithm to generate seven numbers, consisting of five main numbers between 1 and 50, and two lucky star numbers between 1 and 12.


The Syndicates

Our Syndicate offers contain up to 150 members.  Each member will receive 300 (three hundred) lines a month, of which, 75 (seventy-five) lines will be used per week.  Your 300 tickets per month will be split equally over a 4-week playing period to support a maximum of 4 draws in the month.  Your own unique line of numbers will appear in the draws once per month on any of the draw days.  All ticket winnings are divided evenly amongst the syndicate.


Our Syndicates are commission free, meaning you will receive a share of all the winnings accrued by the Syndicate.


Selection of numbers

Members can select their numbers when becoming Members or purchasing the ticket(s) / bundle.  If Members choose not to select their own numbers, our Optimised Statistical Number Algorithm will select the required numbers.


Members acknowledge that the odds of their Syndicate winning any of the lotteries we offer are the same as the odds published by the official lottery operators.


10 free ticket promotion

Our 10 Free Lines promotion is only available to Members once they have successfully signed up to become a Member, purchased their first single ticket or bundle or their first Direct Debit has successfully come off their banking account.


The 10 Free Lines each Member receives are only valid once and will be entered into the first draw the Members are eligible for.


The 10 Free Lines promotion is subject to the further Terms and Conditions contained herein and specifically the minimum pay-out requirement.

Joining and Leaving:


Player accounts

Members will provide an email address and a password in the course of registration. The Player may self-manage their data at any time through the relevant Player Account.


Members are not permitted to have more than one Account at any one time. If an additional account or accounts are or were opened by a Member and/or Payment details are used in multiple Member Accounts, we  will be entitled,  in our sole discretion, to close any such accounts without notice.  We shall be entitled to report any suspicious accounts or transactions to the relevant.


The Member must keep their Account data (username and password) in a safe place in order to prevent unauthorised access.  The Member is responsible for all activities and transactions conducted through their Account.

Members can view the playing history under their Account profile.


Cancellation of membership by you

Members will be entitled to suspend or cancel their account at any stage.  Syndicate Member’s are reminded that they will be liable for the debit order payment should their account not be cancelled in the 14-day period.


Cancellation of membership by us

We may cancel the membership in any of the following circumstances:

  • if Member’s fail to pay any membership fee on time, or if a Member commits a serious breach of these Terms;
  • if the Member does not meet our membership qualifications (see “Membership qualifications”, below); and/or
  • if we withdraw or substantially change 777Lottos.
  • if a member fails to provide their requested KYC documents when.


Membership Qualifications

Membership is open to persons aged 18 years or over.  If we become aware that you are aged under 18 then we reserve the right to cancel your membership immediately. We will not refund your membership fee for your current Syndicate due to administrative costs incurred and tickets having been paid and allocated and you will not be entitled to any prize money from that Syndicate.


Our liability to you

Our obligation to pay prize money to the Member is conditional upon us receiving the corresponding prize money from the respective Lottery Operator.  If we do not receive the prize money for any reason, that does not arise from our negligence, then we will have no obligation to pay any corresponding prize money to the Member.


We will not be liable to Members (in contract, throughout or otherwise) for any indirect or consequential loss, cost, loss of chance, loss of profit or special loss suffered by the Member.


We will not be liable where we have incorrectly recorded the Member’s preferred main numbers or where (other than as a result of our negligence) any tickets or entries are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.


Where we are liable to the Member under or in connection with these Terms, our aggregate liability to a Member in any year is limited to ten times the average monthly 777Lottos membership fee for that year.  This limit does not apply in respect of any liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud.

Contacting You

We will typically contact the Member by email but we may also contact a Member by telephone, using the contact details the Member has provided to us.  It is the Member’s responsibility to inform us promptly if their email address or any of their other contact details change.


Changes to the Terms

Our Terms and Conditions are published on our website and may change from time to time.  The new version of these terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon the next visit or login on our website or on receipt of any emailed communication we send out to our Members email addresses, which contain links to our Terms and Conditions.


Our Members are deemed to have knowledge of any amendments made to our Terms and Conditions upon their next login to our site or upon receipt of an email from us, irrespective of the changes made to the Terms and Conditions.


The Direct Debit Guarantee

This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme.


The efficiency and security of the Direct Debit Scheme are monitored and protected by the Member’s own bank or building society.  If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, we will notify the Member 10 working days in advance of their account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If an error is made by us or the Member’s bank or building society,  the Member is guaranteed a full refund, within 10 working days, from their branch of the amount paid.  The Member can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting their bank or building society.  Please also contact us to inform us of the cancellation.


This Guarantee covers Direct Debit payments.  It cannot be used to address contractual disputes between you and us.


Inactive Accounts

We shall be entitled to deem a Member’s Account as inactive if more than one year has passed since the last transaction of the Member.  We will notify the Member once their account is deemed as inactive.


A Member’s Account still deemed as inactive for 28 days after the notification has been issued and incurs a monthly administrative fee of £5.00 or €5.00.  We are entitled to deduct this monthly administrative fee in our sole discretion until there is a new transaction on the Player Account.  The monthly administrative fee only applies to Member’s Accounts with a credit balance.

Syndication Membership Fees

(for direct debit only):


Payment of the Syndication membership fee

 In order to become a Member and join a Syndicate as detailed above, Members must pay the membership fee on either of the following dates throughout the course of the calendar month – 1st, 2nd, 15th, 16th, 25th and 26th.


Your first play date for syndication (according to the product purchased by the Member) will begin on the Monday after your first Direct Debit collection. Your membership fee covers the purchase of lottery tickets by us, on your behalf, and our administrative costs in connection with each Syndicate.


We will deduct your membership fee by Direct Debit.


Initial cancellation period

Members can cancel their Syndication membership without obligation in the first 14 days of being signed up with our Sales Agent telephonically.  You will need to send us clear written notice by email to


Members will not be entered into a Syndicate until the expiry of the 14-day cancellation period.


Once Members have been entered into the first Syndicate, Members cannot cancel their membership until the end of the third Syndicate month (this will be at least three months and 14 days following your first payment).  Members must notify us in writing at least 30 (thirty) days prior to the end of the third Syndicate month if they wish to cancel their membership after expiry of the minimum membership cool off period.


If we receive a cancellation notice from you 30 days before the end of a Syndicate, your membership will be cancelled after that Syndicate month finishes.  If Members do not receive a cancellation notice from the Member within the required time frame, the Member will automatically be entered into the next month’s Syndicate rollover.  We reserve the right to deduct the applicable membership fee from the Member’s account with us and the membership will only be cancelled at the end of that next Syndicate roll over contract.


Direct Debit guarantee

Payment by Direct Debit provides members with the protection of the Direct Debit guarantee.


Under this guarantee, Members are entitled to an immediate refund from their bank or building society if any error is made in respect of a Direct Debit payment. This does not affect your obligation to pay your membership fee, and we reserve the right to require payment of your membership fee by other means should any Direct Debit payment be refunded under the Direct Debit guarantee.


Money Back Winners Guarantee

We are so confident of your chances of winning with 777Lottos that if your Syndicate does not receive any prize money within the first monthly 777Lottos draws for that Syndicate, we will (subject to members taking the steps set out below) return the monthly membership fee paid for that Syndicate into the membership account members hold with us.



Prize money and proceeds

Following each Lotto draw, and depending on the tickets purchased by the Member, we will receive, in our own name, any prize money received on the lines played by the Member.  We will calculate the prize money to be paid to each member or Syndicate.  For Syndicate members, pay-outs are calculated by totalling the prize money received for the weekly Lotto draws during the month of the Syndicate and dividing it by the number of members for that Syndicate.


We will always calculate the payment of any prize money to Members based on the prize money that would be payable by the lottery operator


Please note, we are only able to pay prize money which is awarded in connection with the actual lottery draw, as published by the lottery operators.   We will not receive, and cannot award, any prize money in connection with any draws, other than of the Jackpot draw.


Payments to You

The prize money (as calculated above) won by Syndicate Members will be shared equally between all members of the Syndicate and each Members proportion will be paid into their respective membership account (winnings wallet) held with 777Lottos, following the end of that Syndicate, subject always to us receiving the prize money from respective Lottery operators.    If any prize of share of such prize exceeds £100 000.00 or €100 000.00, Members will be notified telephonically.


We do not accept responsibility for any failure or inability to make payments to any Member, where the information supplied by the Member for such payment are incorrect, incomplete or out of date.


Requested Wins

After each draw, Members will receive automated email correspondence informing them of any winnings that the Syndicate has made.


All wins are subjected to a minimum pay-out policy of £10 and more.  If the amount is less than £10, then it will accrue online and carry over to the next month of play till the Member has reached £10.


To receive the winnings, Members must request their respective winnings through their online account, under the description titled “Balance”


We will require Members KYC documents for Members withdrawing from their winnings wallet which exceeds £20 000.00 or €20 000.00.


Payment times

Once Members have placed a request and the request is successful, we will pay out your winnings into your personal bank account within 5 (five) working days.


Players Tax liabilities

 Winnings are tax-free or non-taxable in many countries. The Member is primarily responsible for correct payment of taxes, duties and levies.  In the event that we are required to pay any taxes, duties or levies directly to the regulatory authorities of a country in respect of a Member’s winnings, then we shall be entitled to deduct those from the Member’s Account or claim them from the Member accordingly, before any pay-out is effected.

Licensing and Registration:


As we operate a lottery syndicate, rather than a lottery, we are not required to be regulated or authorised by the Gambling Commission.  For more information, please visit the Gambling Commission Website.


We are not required to be regulated by the Financial Services Authority, as the syndicates we operate are not an investment scheme.


We are not connected with the National Lottery Commission, Camelot Group PLC or any other lottery operators or commissions



All transactions including the payment of Winnings whether contractual or otherwise between our Members and us shall be deemed to be concluded and to take place in the region which the ticket was purchased.

These Terms and Conditions, the relationship between Members and us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK and Wales.

Where these Terms and Conditions are published in several languages, the English version of these Terms and Conditions will supersede and take precedence over any conflicting elements with other languages.

The Members submit herewith to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts in relation to all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

Internet gambling may be illegal in some jurisdictions or its legality may be in doubt.  Each Member acknowledges and accepts that we (as 777Lottos and Amalfi Outsourcing Proprietary Limited) cannot and do not give any legal advice or assurances or make any representation of any kind in respect of the legality of using our Services in the jurisdiction where Players reside or are located.

We will not be liable for any illegal or unauthorised use of the Website or their respective services.

Other Important Terms:


Each of the conditions of these Terms operates separately.  If any court or competent authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining conditions will remain in full force and effect.


Failure to insist that the Member performs any of their obligations under these Terms, or failure (or any delay) to enforce rights against the Member does not constitute a waiver of such rights and does not mean that the Member do not have to comply with those obligations.  Our waiver of any default by the Member, is only valid if in writing by us, and does not automatically waive any later default by the Member.


Nothing in these Terms shall be enforceable by any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.


These Terms, and the Privacy Policy referred to hereinabove, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding in respect of your use of our Site and Service.


The Member is not permitted to transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.


The Member’s use of our Service and these Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).


Any purported assignment, transfer, sub-contracting, delegation, charging or dealing in contravention of these Terms and Conditions or other Laws in force, by the Member shall be ineffective.  These Terms and Conditions are personal to the Member and are entered into by a Member for their own benefit and not for the benefit of any third party.


Any omission to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver, or any other, right or remedy.  The waiver by us of any of its rights or remedies arising under these Terms and Conditions or by law shall not constitute a continuing waiver of that right or remedy or a waiver of any other right or remedy.
